SALES:
The advertising of products on this site is an invitation to treat. This means that your order is an offer and not a contract of sale between you and Debs Accessories. All items are offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of the order. Therefore, prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until stock levels have been checked and a confirmation email that your order has been processed has been sent.
Where items are out of stock at the time of the order, we will email you for your instruction as to whether you would like us to hold the item on back order for you or not.
At Debs Accessories our body jewellery is not sterilised prior to dispatch, we recommend that customers sterilise all intrusive jewellery before use and by placing an order with us you are agreeing to this.
Customers should seek the advice of a reputable piercing studio with any concerns regarding piercings, in the case of infection seek medical advice.
Debs Accessories does not take any responsibility for any harm or injury caused by using our jewellery and will not be held responsible for the replacement of jewellery damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewellery ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing.
DESCRIPTIONS:
Many items from Debs Accessories are handcrafted and/or made from natural materials therefore, there may be some variations in colour, tone, texture or finish. These are not considered as flaws. All jewellery advertised on our site is costume / fashion jewellery. Any reference to gold, silver or any other precious metal is in reference to colour tone only unless otherwise stated.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card, paypal, personal cheque or postal order.
You do not need a paypal account or need to sign up with paypal to pay by credit or debit card.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. Please be aware that if paying by paypal with no funds it will result in payment by paypal echeque and will therefore be a 10-14 day wait for dispatch due to funds clearing.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
Your order will be shipped within 3 working days from purchase and receipt of cleared payment. In the unlikely event that an item has sold out once your payment as reached us and cleared it will be ordered for you and shipped within 5 - 7 working days.
UK deliveries are charged at £2.95 per order. Deliveries to the rest of Europe are charged at £3.95 per order. International deliveries are charged at £4.95 per order.
UK orders over £50.00 will be delivered free of charge. Please select the appropriate shipping option at the checkout.
Most orders are sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.
If there is no one to sign for the delivery a card will be left and the order will be taken to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually hold items for one week and then they return them to us, if this happens we will get in touch with you to discuss arranging redelivery and applicable costs.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock on receipt of your payment, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
RETURNS POLICY:
You may cancel your order at any time within 7 days of placing your order with us and we will give you a refund of the price paid (excluding carriage costs and/or other surcharges which are non-refundable). It is a pre-condition to our acceptance of these unwanted goods that they are returned in an unused condition, complete, unopened and in a re-saleable condition; the refund will be given after the item has been received and inspected.
You may return any item to us within 14 days from delivery provided that you tell us within 2 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item for:
• a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.
• a product exchange.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange pierced earrings or body jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please Note: if products purchased from us are found to be returned due to accident, neglect or misuse you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. In such circumstances, we will notify you and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.
We are bound by law to report any suspected illegal activities to the authorities and will have no hesitation in doing so should we deem it necessary.
The Returns Process:
STEP 1. – Notifying us of your intention to return your order.
Notification of your intention to return any goods within the period of 14 days after the day of delivery can be done by using the Contact Us section of the site with your order details. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
STEP 2. – Returning the product(s).
Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included the original dispatch note. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). You should retain the recorded delivery receipt in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
STEP 3. – Processing the refund.
We will process the refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original unused condition within 14 days from delivery. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund.
